Recently, E-Town Leasing provided BDA-based Beijing Xinkaiyuan Pharmaceuticals with a leaseback financing of 10 million yuan ($1.51 million), which was used by the company to supplement its working capital, alleviating the capital shortage caused by the COVID-19 epidemic.

Beijing Xinkaiyuan Pharmaceuticals is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in research and development-driven chemical small molecule medicines, and is dedicated to the research and development of high-end chemical generic drugs, biological products, innovative drugs, antibody drugs, and traditional Chinese medicines.

In September 2019, Beijing Xinkaiyuan Pharmaceuticals officially launched a postdoctoral workstation with the approval of the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
